Today is our younger daughter’s birthday and in preparing for the celebration we had Howard’s Housecleaning Referral Agency come yesterday to spruce up the house and get ready for the party. Tis the season…..Rat season.

We recently had those little varmints attack our car. They had a feast on the wiring and the sound proofing to the tune of $ 7,400.

Two weeks later a neighbor hosted the rats that enjoyed their car.

The mechanic said we were lucky the rats didn’t get into the car itself because they would have eaten our leather seats. So, the search begins to find something that ends their feasting.

Our garage houses cars for 24 units so we now have an army of people who have band together to exterminate these militant rodents.

I know the rats motto is “feed them and they will come”. So, far they are winning.

My husband always wants to drive it because his SUV drives like a truck. I usually say no… but if I really want to go some place he doesn’t want to go… I tell him we can take my car.
