"I have found several wonderful companies over the years, and this is one of them. Howard's House Cleaning Referral Agency, Inc. Howard called me immediately after I expressed email interest in the cleaning services referred by his company, Howard's House Cleaning Referral Agency, Inc. He took a lot of time with me and assured me I would be happy. He also told me he communicates primarily on email which is perfect for me as I am a very busy professional and do almost everything online. Email also works great if I think of something extra I want the crew to do. Intermittently, I will email him to ask for an extra project, like an oven cleaning. Even if my email is last minutes, the maids he refers, get it done! On the first visit his crew was punctual, friendly but got straight to the job at hand. I decided to work from home that day so I could introduce them to my pets and to show them around. They were very quiet and did an amazing job! Candidly, I had a bit of remorse over letting my other cleaning company go before trying this company, but after using the maids referred by Howard's Referral Agency, I will NEVER use anyone else. My house is squeaky clean. I never knew how substandard by expensive ($$ does NOT always equal value.) I also appreciate the fact that I get the same team at the same scheduled time which is important to me. So far I have had 3 house cleaning and I'm sure I will stay with Howard's as long as they are in business. Yesterday, when my daughter got home, she actually said. "Mom, the house looks so clean!" It's difficult to find good house cleaners but I think I hit the jackpot with Howard's House Cleaning Referral Agency. I searched high and low for someone I could trust to get the job done. After talking with Howard and discussing my needs I was confident that Howard's House Cleaning Referral Agency would be a perfect fit for me. Today my house got it's first cleaning and I am totally impressed. I did my inspection to see what was missed and was very surprised to find out that the normal things that had generally been missed by other house cleaners were not missed by the maids referred by Howard's. I was not able to be there to show them what I wanted done today and they did a wonderful job. Thanks for the great service Howard, and thanks for the great maids your referred! I have used other services in the past, and no one compares to maids referred by Howard's House Cleaning Referral Agency. We use them for at our homes, and at our rental properties.
