This is my rant for the day….and I am sure we have all experienced this one. Technology is great until you have an issue. Example: I call a company for what I think is a simple question. I get the answering service and listen to some really bad music for about 15 minutes, finally someone comes on the line and of course they don’t know and transfer me to another department where I wait another 10 to 15 minutes of more crappy music. Another person answers and tells me I was transferred to the wrong department and transfers me again….more crappy music. Finally, I got a recording that tells me to go to their website online to handle this and was hung up on, and I start all over again. This is a wonderful way to start my day. My next call will be to the car dealer ship for a tuneup…..wonder how many times I have to be transferred there? Ya’all have a great day and make some wonderful memories.
