Remember back in the olden days when there were Christmas Variety Shows on TV. I miss those programs. Andy Williams, Dean Martin, Perry Como, Dinah Shore and of course the Bob Hope Christmas Tour….oophs I am showing my age. I guess I am being nostalgic for the old days when families got together to eat, open gifts and watch football. . I remember the nights before putting all the toys together and making sure there were batteries in everything. I haven’t seen Carolers in years. Now it seems we just sent gifts from Amazon or give gift cards. Well, I will still make my midnight Christmas wish and sip hot chocolate with just the Christmas Candles burning.
